Terms & Conditions
By participating in the ANA Affiliate Program, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.
1 Section 1. Eligibility
- Everyone, except for current ANA staff, is eligible to join.
- Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
2 Section 2. Issuing and Acceptance of Affiliate Codes
- After submitting your application and if you are deemed suitable, a unique Affiliate Code will be issued to you.
- Issuance: The Affiliate Code will be sent to your registered email address from info@ascendingnexusacademy.com.
- Acceptance Criteria Clarification: Being "deemed suitable" means that the applicant has provided complete and correct information in their application, agrees to comply with these T&Cs, and has no record of actions that would harm ANA's reputation.
- Reapplication: If an application is rejected, the applicant is not permitted to reapply.
- This code is personal and may not be transferred to others.
3 Section 3. Commission Rate and Calculation
- The 10% commission will be paid only after the student you refer has made a 100% full payment of the course fee.
- Commission for a single student will be paid only once.
- If a student receives a refund for their course fee, the commission previously paid will be deducted or reclaimed from your next commission payment.
4 Section 4. Payment and Tax Liability
- Payment: Commissions will be paid once a month to your bank account on a designated date (within the first 7 days of the month).
- Bank Information: ANA is not responsible for any issues that arise from incorrect bank account information. The Affiliate is responsible for providing accurate details.
- Tax Liability: The Affiliate is solely responsible for all income taxes, other taxes, and related reporting obligations required on the commissions received. ANA will not be responsible for any taxes incurred by the Affiliate.
5 Section 5. Violation of Terms and Termination
Immediate Termination and Legal Action (Severe Violations):
Your membership will be immediately terminated, and you may face legal action if you are involved in any of the following severe violations:

Definition of "Fraud": Engaging in fraudulent methods of student recruitment, which includes, but is not limited to: misrepresenting, changing, or providing false/unnecessary information regarding ANA courses, pricing, or instructor details; using the ANA brand/name without authorization for unlawful purposes; or sending spam (unsolicited emails or messages).

Definition of "Harm to Reputation": Actions that harm ANA's reputation, including, but not limited to: criticizing ANA with false information or baseless accusations on social media or other media; or spreading negative messages that affect ANA's business.
Termination for Other Violations (Notice and Cure):
- For other rule violations (excluding those warranting immediate termination), ANA will send a Notice via email from info@ascendingnexusacademy.com requesting the Affiliate to correct the situation.
- If the Affiliate fails to remedy the situation within 14 days from the date the Notice was sent, the Affiliate status will be revoked.
Program Termination (No-Fault):
- If ANA terminates the Program without any violation by the Affiliate, ANA must provide 30 days' advance notice via email from info@ascendingnexusacademy.com.
6 Section 6. Marketing Standards
ANA Logo Usage and Pre-Approval:
- Affiliates must use the ANA logo or trademarks only in the form approved by ANA (Adhering to Brand Guidelines).
- Any Advertising Material that includes the ANA logo or trademark must receive Pre-Approval from ANA before use. ANA will respond to pre-approval requests within 3 business days.
- Data Privacy: Affiliates must fully comply with relevant laws and ANA's data privacy policies when handling the personal information of potential students.
- Advertising Channels: Affiliates must not advertise on websites/platforms that are illegal, abusive, hateful, pornographic, or those that could harm ANA's reputation.
7 Section 7. General
- ANA reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
- In case of any disputes, ANA's decision will be final.
